Happy Holidays!
Boat parades,Christmas music on the radio,bright  lights decorating the houses and Town Square.  Evergreens shipped down from the states. Its all very festive here in St.Thomas.

I remember the first year when being more than a little homesick , the route back to my apartment took me past one of the local churches.  It was Dec 22nd  and the Choir was out singing Christmas songs in the church yard.  To me it was the most beautiful sound and  truly an island moment.

I have had several island moments since then, and I hope to have many more.

You can consider them little gifts that knock you back to reality and make you remember how good life is.  I hope to never take for granted the water, scenery and weather.  

Last night I performed a wedding ceremony for a young couple at Vessup Beach by the Ritz Carlton Hotel near Red Hook.  With their two friends as witnesses we held the ceremony at sunset.  To them it was  truly an island moment.

I would like to take this time to wish everyone a Happy Holiday Season and to have your moments too.  Where ever you are.
